He specializes in the anticipation, assessment, and prevention of security breaches for governments, corporations, businesses, and consumers, as well as Internet Safety for Children. Mr. Cutler has been named as IFSEC Global’s Top 20 Most Influential People in Cybersecurity in 2018 and again in 2019. As an award-winning information security strategist for almost 20 years, Mr. Cutler has advised some of Canada’s largest companies on how to prevent and remedy internal and external security penetration. Dr. Anuradha Rao is the founder of CyberCognizanz, a training and communications company in Singapore, which focuses on critical digital literacy and keeping people safer in cyberspace. Prior to this, she has taught and conducted research on the relationships between new technologies, society, politics and security at some of the leading higher education institutions in Singapore. Anuradha believes that a critical understanding of new technologies is a key requirement in today’s digital world. Her work focuses on helping people understand and deal with the risks and benefits of digital technologies in their personal and professional lives. She has a Ph.D. in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore, and an M.A. in Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies with her family, catching up with her favourite TV series, reading self-improvement books, and going for long walk.
