Claudia de Luna began her career at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) ultimately becoming the Technical Manager of the Network Engineering Team and the Lab's representative to NASA on networking. Looking to broaden her experience, she left JPL and worked for a variety of companies in different verticals including Biotech and Financial before becoming an independent consultant supporting the State of California Department of Corrections, Prison Healthcare, and Technology. With that multi-vertical experience, she joined a Cisco Global Gold Partner working to design and deliver networks and data centres and so started her pursuit of Software Defined Networking (SDN) technologies and Automation. She returned to independent consulting in 2018 in order to fully focus on Network Automation. She currently leads automation at EIA, a small boutique consulting firm specializing in Global Infrastructure Deployments (IT, OT, IoT) and Automation for Fortune 100 Companies. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Aeronautics and Astronautics) from Stanford University and currently lives in the Bay Area.

Hüseyin Yaraş obtained System-Network Specialist training at Bahcesehir University's Wissen Academy after finishing his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering. He worked as a Computer Engineer for a telecommunications business. During his working hours, he got expertise using Wireshark actively and regularly to solve network problems and he supported many collaborative companies during his work. Also, he is currently working in the field of Cyber Security. He got the opportunity to perform analysis and problem-solving with Wireshark in VoIP technology, where urgent and effective troubleshooting is a must. He believes that, aside from third-party tools, the human eye is still the most potent instrument in maintaining a safe and smooth network.

Igor Mamuzic, CCNP R&S, CCNP Security, CCDP, Check Point CCSA, Palo Alto Networks CNSE is a dedicated network security engineer with 20 years of field experience. He started his career in a local big enterprise as a network administrator and during this period besides a Cisco network Igor was also a system admin responsible for Microsoft based environment consisted of Active Directory, Exchange and SQL Servers, so there he gained a knowledge broader than that a typical network admin has, which helped a lot in his next role, a senior network security engineer at local big Cisco Gold Partner. Today, Igor also works for a system integrator as a senior network security engineer. Igor is also an experienced Cisco certified instructor, focused mainly on network security topics and author of many courses. In his private life, he enjoys his role of a hobby farmer with his beloved wife Kristijana.
