Orchestrating Hybrid AI Red Team Operations

Large Language Models (LLMs) are increasingly targeted by adversaries who exploit weaknesses in their safety mechanisms. To ensure resilience, security teams must adopt advanced red teaming techniques that go beyond single-strategy attacks. In this lab, you will act as an AI security professional orchestrating multi-stage, adaptive attacks against an LLM. Using the PyRIT framework, you will build a hybrid attack orchestrator capable of dynamically combining multiple red teaming methods, escalating attacks when necessary, and recording results for later analysis. By completing this exercise, you will gain practical experience in creating stateful, data-driven orchestrations that mirror real-world adversarial testing, improving both the robustness of AI systems and the depth of security assessments.
