Course Overview

Strong cybersecurity leadership is essential for aligning security initiatives with business goals, managing organizational risk, and building a resilient security culture. As cybersecurity becomes a board-level priority, leaders must communicate effectively, influence organizational behavior, measure cultural progress, and drive strategic decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This course provides practical leadership and communication strategies for developing and sustaining effective cybersecurity programs and culture.

This course begins with the foundations of strategic leadership in cybersecurity, including strategy development, leadership impact, cybersecurity metrics, board communication, and operational planning.
