Course Overview

Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) enables organizations to transform threat data into actionable intelligence that supports proactive defense, informed decision-making, and effective incident response. By understanding attacker behavior, threat indicators, and emerging risks, security teams can improve detection capabilities and strengthen their overall cybersecurity posture. This course begins with the foundations of Cyber Threat Intelligence, including the difference between data, information, and intelligence, CTI roles and responsibilities, tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence, and the CTI lifecycle from direction and collection through analysis and intelligence delivery. It then connects CTI with confidentiality, integrity, availability, asset risk, threat and vulnerability assessment, and control strategies. Learners explore Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), their capabilities, integrations, monitoring, enrichment, correlation, and role within SOC environments. The course concludes with CTI tools, automated intelligence workflows, MITRE ATT&CK, IOC analysis, threat actor profiling, and simulated incident response. By completing this course, learners will understand CTI fundamentals, operationalize intelligence through TIPs, map threats to ATT&CK, analyze IOCs, and support evidence-based incident response.
