Course Overview

Wireless networks are an integral part of our daily lives — and with them come potential security risks that every cybersecurity professional should understand. In this course, you will gain hands-on experience with the tools and techniques used in real-world network penetration testing. 

We begin by covering essential networking concepts, including MAC addresses, wireless modes, and network frequencies, laying the groundwork for understanding wireless infrastructure. From there, we move into network reconnaissance, where you’ll learn to sniff packets, identify targets, and monitor wireless traffic using industry-standard tools like Airodump-ng. Next, the course takes you into the heart of wireless attacks, focusing on WPA and WPA2 vulnerabilities. You’ll capture handshakes, generate wordlists, and perform cracking attacks to simulate how attackers break into Wi-Fi networks. Finally, you’ll dive into post-connection attacks, learning how to map networks, perform man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks, spoof ARP tables, harvest login credentials, and redirect traffic using tools like Bettercap, Zenmap, and Wireshark.
