Course Overview

Odoo is a powerful open-source ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform that integrates a vast range of business applications, including Sales, CRM, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and more. As businesses increasingly shift toward automation and centralized digital management, understanding how to install, configure, and customize Odoo becomes essential for professionals seeking to optimize business operations or support enterprise solutions. This course is designed to take learners from a foundational understanding of Odoo to a professional level, enabling them to deploy and work with real-world business modules in practical environments.

This course begins with setting up Odoo 11, 12, or 13 on Ubuntu 16/18 using AWS EC2 instances and VPS servers. It covers comprehensive modules including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounts & Finance, HRMS, and Project Management. Students will also gain hands-on experience with Barcode Scanner configuration, e-commerce setup, and website management through Odoo’s Website Builder. Advanced topics such as database backup, developer mode, third-party app installation, and customizing fields, documents, and reports are explored in depth. The course concludes with a comparison of Odoo Community vs. Enterprise editions and guidance on how to upgrade between them.

By the end of this course, learners will possess essential Odoo skills to deploy, customize, and manage ERP applications confidently, preparing them for professional roles in business process automation and ERP consultancy.
