CIS Controls is a control framework developed by cybersecurity specialists, based on their real-life experience. CIS Benchmarks are guidelines for hardening specific operating systems, middleware, software applications, and network devices. These are the primary measures all organizations should implement as a means of basic cyber defense. This 2-part course will help you understand the controls available, what controls are needed for every company and situation, and how to develop a roadmap of control deployment, prioritizing the most needed ones and providing management with a predictable cost expectancy.
